RULES
- One ballot per person.
- Set aside enough time to complete the ballot.
- Please be specific in your selections.
- Keep it local. Everybody knows that a certain golden-arched fast food chain has great fries. We're interested in the absolute best that this city, and only this city, has to offer.
- At least 25 categories must be completed for the ballot to be eligible.
- All ballots must include name, email address, and phone number to be accepted.
- Only original newsprint ballots received via the U.S. Postal Service or website ballots received via the Village Voice website (www.villagevoice.com) are eligible.
- Newspaper ballots and online ballots must be submitted or received by 5 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2008.
- Results will appear in the Village Voice's October 15th Best of New York® issue.
